We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to lead our Natural Food Coloring portfolio. As a key member of our global Product Management team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and contribution margin targets.
Key Responsibilities- Identify portfolio needs and gaps, quantify opportunities, and establish business justification for new project development.
- Lead the definition, development, and commercialization of new products, working closely with Innovation, Pricing, and Commercial teams.
- Become a subject matter expert for your product portfolio and technologies, including visiting customers and working with Group Finance to set targets and ambitions.
- Identify non-performing products and recommend portfolio optimization.
- Assist Operations by providing input to the S&OP process on current performance, new product development, and portfolio optimization.
- Develop knowledge of competitor products and market position, communicate challenges and opportunities, and recommend corrective responses.
- A degree in food science, general business administration, or similar qualification.
- +5 years of experience in product management within the dairy, food & beverage, or ingredients industry. An advantage if you have experience in natural or other food colors.
- Strong analytical mindset, structured style of working with a high degree of ownership.
- A result-driven, entrepreneurial, and self-motivated personality.
- Proficiency in English with the ability to work with peers across multiple teams, markets, and cultures.
