About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to lead the development and commercialization of our natural food coloring portfolio. As a key member of our global Product Management team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and contribution margin targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify portfolio needs and gaps, and develop business justification for new project development.
  • Lead the definition, development, and commercialization of new products, working closely with Innovation, Pricing, and Commercial teams.
  • Become a subject matter expert for your product portfolio and technologies, including visiting customers and working with Group Finance to set targets and ambitions.
  • Identify non-performing products and recommend portfolio optimization.
  • Assist Operations by providing input to the S&OP process on current performance, new product development, and portfolio optimization.
  • Develop knowledge of competitor products and market position, communicate challenges and opportunities, and recommend corrective responses.
Requirements

We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Product Manager with knowledge of the ingredients industry. You should have:

  • A degree in food science, general business administration, or similar qualification.
  • +5 years of experience in product management within the dairy, food & beverage, or ingredients industry. An advantage if you have experience in natural or other food colors.
  • Strong analytical mindset, structured style of working with a high degree of ownership.
  • A result-driven, entrepreneurial, and self-motivated personality.
  • Proficiency in English with the ability to work with peers across multiple teams, markets, and cultures.
