Job Summary
Blu Selection is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Consultant Intern to join our team in Barcelona. As a Recruitment Consultant Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in the recruitment field, working with a diverse client base and developing your skills in sourcing, hunting, and qualifying candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure a qualitative full candidates recruitment process by analyzing client needs and establishing a profile and search plan.
- Sourcing and hunting candidates using the company's network and developing new sourcing channels.
- Qualifying candidates through interviews and developing your own candidates' network.
- Following up with candidates and being involved in the candidates' career management.
- Leading and being part of Ad-hoc projects.
