Key Responsibilities- Machine Learning Innovation: Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to develop and apply machine learning innovations that drive business value and solve real-world problems.
- Communication and Collaboration: Communicate results and conclusions in a clear and accurate manner, and work effectively with cross-functional teams to integrate and deploy ML solutions.
- Data Analysis and Feasibility Studies: Perform feasibility studies and analyze data to determine the most appropriate solution, ensuring simplicity, scalability, reproducibility, and maintainability.
- Quality and Maintenance: Ensure high-quality standards and minimal defects in both data and software development, and maintain a strong focus on reproducibility and maintainability.
- Team Collaboration and Leadership: Work as a member of a team, encouraging team building, motivation, and effective team relations, and collaborate with technical fellows on the integration and deployment of ML solutions.
- Advanced Degree: PhD or Masters in a specific area of AI/ML with scientific soundness and published papers.
- Technical Expertise: Hands-on expertise in Machine Learning, NLP, LMs, GenAI, signal processing, and data science, with proficiency in Python, Pytorch, Git, pandas, dask, polars, sklearn, huggingface, docker, and databricks.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving, and logical thinking capabilities, with a proactive attitude, constructive, intellectual curiosity, and persistence to find answers to questions.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: High level of interpersonal and communication skills in English, with strong ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a team environment.
