Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to achieve cost savings goals
- Lead commercial negotiations and draft contracts with suppliers
- Support category managers in managing supplier relationships, including performance, capability development, risk mitigation, cost savings, and quality improvements
- Act as the escalation point for the sourcing team, communicating and resolving operational issues, and escalating to the Regional Delivery Lead or Category Manager as necessary
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Knowledge of procurement and supply chain management principles
