About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Amazon's Solutions Architecture team as a Cloud Solutions Architect. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in helping customers succeed in building applications and services on the AWS platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with customers to design and build scalable, flexible, and resilient cloud architectures and solutions.
  • Collaborate with Sales and other teams to help address customer business needs, accelerate the adoption of AWS services, and drive revenue growth.
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, Partners, and Marketing, to deliver customer success.
  • Develop and maintain deep technical knowledge of AWS services and solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive business outcomes.

About the Team

This role is part of the ASEAN CSC Solution Architecture team, which is responsible for driving new customer acquisitions across ASEAN at scale. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of professionals and contribute to the growth and success of Amazon's cloud business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with cloud computing, software development, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics, AI, or related fields.
  • Proven ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English, including the ability to speak, write, and understand the language effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Broad technology experience, including cloud architecture, applications development, relational databases, NoSQL databases, analytics, machine learning, networking, security, storage, DevOps, containers, serverless, CI/CD, management and monitoring, cloud migrations, IT transformation.
  • Knowledge of Data Analytics or Generative AI or Application Modernization solutions.
  • Cloud native knowledge, including Snowflake, Databricks, Anthropic, etc.
  • Experience architecting/designing solutions built on the cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • One or more valid AWS Certifications, such as AWS Solutions Architect, or a similar cloud certification.
