About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product and Project Manager to join our team at Apartool 2019. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the vision of our UX and driving the development of our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Corporate Travel Industry Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of the corporate travel industry and its trends.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with designers and developers to create user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
  • UX Visionary: Lead the vision of our UX and work closely with designers to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for new features and improvements.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and support the QA process for new platform releases.
  • Data Analysis: Obtain and analyze data to make informed decisions.
Requirements
  • Corporate Travel Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the corporate travel industry and its challenges.
  • Product Management Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner focused on user experience from a technical perspective.
  • Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills to organize development projects (SDLC).
  • Language Skills: Advanced level of written and spoken English and Spanish.
  • Soft Skills: Proactive, goal-oriented, strong management and organizational skills, open-mindedness, resilience, change management capacity, empathy, and energy.
