About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product and Project Manager to join our team at Apartool. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the vision of our UX and driving the development of our platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn about the corporate travel industry and stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments.
  • Collect feedback from interdepartmental teams to improve platform functionality and user experience.
  • Lead the vision of the UX for every project, working closely with designers and development teams to ensure an exceptional user experience.
  • Create user stories and acceptance criteria for the engineering team.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for new features and improvements to existing products.
  • Work with the development team to resolve doubts and create and improve product features.
  • Coordinate and support the QA process for new platform releases.
  • Analyze data to make informed decisions and drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of the corporate travel industry and experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner.
  • Strong project management skills, including experience with SDLC.
  • Advanced level of written and spoken Spanish and English.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and determine task urgency.
  • Familiarity with management tools such as Notion.
  • Proactive and goal-oriented with strong management and organizational skills.
  • Open-mindedness, resilience, change management capacity, empathy, and energy.
  • Ability to present and defend new ideas that add value to the company's operations.
