We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Engineer to join our team at Agileengine. As a Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining cloud environments to ensure high availability and reliability.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with our solution delivery teams and customers to understand their infrastructure requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs.
- Design, deploy, and maintain cloud environments using infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation.
- Work with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and MS SQL to ensure efficient and reliable data storage in the cloud.
- Monitor cloud environments to ensure performance, cost efficiency, and security.
- Use a structured troubleshooting approach to identify and resolve cloud-related issues.
- Develop and maintain Kubernetes environments to support application deployments.
- Troubleshoot and configure network settings in cloud environments to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless application deployment and integration in the cloud.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure cloud requirements are met.
- Azure experience, preferably certified (5+ years of experience).
- Experience with infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Experience with container orchestration, preferably Kubernetes.
- Client-facing experience in deployments/installations.
- Excellent English and communication skills.
- The candidate must travel for a device pickup and occasionally travel to one of our offices.
- Proficiency in AWS and Google Cloud platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency with Linux and Windows Server administration.
- Strong proficiency with bash and PowerShell scripting.
- Experience with creating Terraform Bundles.
- Experience deploying within an Airgap environment.
- Familiarity with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and MS SQL.
- Experience with deploying and troubleshooting a microservice-based application (Container registry, helm charts, image manipulation, and debugging pods).
- Familiarity with cloud security best practices.
- Experience troubleshooting and configuring network settings in cloud platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible hours but able to work a set schedule.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
