Key Responsibilities- Partner with clients to onboard and develop PPC campaigns, driving significant impact on their business.
- Detect and understand customer needs and objectives, providing tailored solutions.
- Take ownership of increasing spend, upselling, and sustainability, meeting individual and team targets.
- Handle a high volume of potential clients through phone calls, delivering exceptional customer service.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or online advertising, with a strong desire to meet productivity targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to pitch and compose compelling proposals.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Client-focused, with a keen interest in customer interaction and ownership of business goals.
- A team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
- High/Native level of English, with Advanced level of French a plus.
- Full-time position (39h/week, Monday to Friday) with a competitive salary and bonus structure.
- Hybrid working model in Barcelona, with relocation support available.
- Referral program with a referral fee of up to €2,000.
- Permanent contract with excellent work environment, great colleagues, and social arrangements.
- 3 weeks of intense introduction training on products and sales training.
