About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Campaign Specialist with English to join our team at Teleperformance Spain. As a key member of our onboarding team, you will play a crucial role in partnering with new clients to develop their first online advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with clients to onboard and develop PPC campaigns, providing expert guidance and support to drive business growth.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client objectives and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities, while ensuring sustainability and compliance with company targets.
  • Manage a high volume of potential clients through phone calls, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications (Master's degree a plus).
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or online advertising.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to pitch and compose compelling proposals.
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • High/Native level of English, with advanced level of French a plus.
What We Offer
  • Full-time position (39 hours/week, Monday to Friday).
  • Competitive salary: €22,785 gross/year + up to €2,734 gross/year in bonus.
