The Internal Audit Manager plays a vital role within Amadeus' Group Internal Audit division.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement audit assessments across various business units within the Amadeus Group.
2. The assessments generally encompass processes that support both operational and administrative functions.
3. Collaborate with essential stakeholders during the audit process.
4. Prepare unbiased evaluations and actionable recommendations.
5. Engage with key stakeholders throughout the organization to recognize significant initiatives, communicate audit activities, and pinpoint potential audit issues that align with the Group's strategic objectives.
6. Involve in advisory roles, assessing and suggesting enhancements to business practices, workflows, and control measures.
Ideal Candidate Profile
• Possesses a university degree, ideally in Finance, Business Administration, Law, or Information Technology.
• Brings over 8 years of substantial experience in internal or external auditing, risk management, compliance, or operational roles.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Exhibits meticulous attention to detail and the ability to convey information effectively to diverse audiences.
• Skilled in data analysis.
• Holds professional certifications in auditing, accounting, or Anti-Money-Laundering, with familiarity in financial services regulatory frameworks being advantageous.
