About the Role
We are seeking an experienced IT Audit Manager to join our global IT Audit Team. As an IT Audit Manager, you will be responsible for conducting IT audits across various areas, including cybersecurity, applications, and service providers. You will also serve as an advisor for our global or regional initiatives, engaging with stakeholders and conducting interviews across all management levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit & Advisory: Conduct IT audits and provide advisory services to our global or regional initiatives.
- Communication & Collaboration: Engage with stakeholders and conduct interviews across all management levels.
- Risk Management & Reporting: Undertake risk assessments, perform testing activities, and present findings in detailed reports.
- Training & Development: Enhance the data analytics approach within the Internal Audit team and train operational auditors in IT audit tasks.
- System Maintenance: Support our Internal Audit department in refining the audit management system.
Requirements
- Education: A master's degree in IT, engineering, computer science, or similar, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 5+ years in an Audit role with an IT focus, preferably in international settings.
- Certifications: Such as CISM, CISA.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in areas like SAP, Oracle, database management, IT Infrastructure, Service Provider Management, IT Project Management, Cloud, O365, IT Security, MS-Office, data analytics tools, and visualization tools.
- Languages: Fluent English. Proficiency in other languages, like German, Spanish, or Portuguese, is an advantage.
- Personal Attributes: We appreciate proactiveness, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to manage various tasks and meet deadlines.
- Travel: Willingness to travel up to 20%.
