Senior / Principal Consultant - IT Project Management

At Allianz Consulting, we're seeking a seasoned IT Project Manager to join our team. As a Senior / Principal Consultant, you'll be responsible for providing expert consulting services to our clients across the globe.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead IT project management initiatives in hybrid or agile set-ups, driving progress across workstreams to deliver high-quality results.
  • Meet client requirements by analyzing and understanding their business needs in the context of transformation, technology, and innovation assignments.
  • Convince clients with your experience and best practices in IT project management consulting, confidently presenting statuses and solutions to key stakeholders.
  • Contribute to sales pitches and internal consulting service development with your ideas and experience.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Master's degree in business informatics, business engineering, or a comparable course of study.
  • 5-10 years of professional experience with at least 3-5 years in IT project management & transformation consulting.
  • Practical experience and preferably certification in IT project management, e.g., ITIL, PMI, Scrum.
  • Passion and experience in business & IT transformation management with topic ownership/responsibility.
  • Strong team player with high assertiveness and ability to work under pressure.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, conceptual and implementation experience.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office 365, JIRA/Confluence, Power BI & MS Analytics.
  • Excellence in presentation and communication, with strength in facilitation, sales, and conflict management.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish.
