Job Title: Channel Account Manager

David Kennedy Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Channel Account Manager to join our team. As a Channel Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess customer needs and identify potential sales opportunities
  • Lead customers through the sales process, providing technical expertise and support
  • Develop a deep understanding of our cloud services and their cost and monitoring potential
  • Gain the trust of customers by providing high-quality technical expertise and resolving their objections
  • Discover sales opportunities that may not be immediately apparent, such as future projects or follow-up to test phases
Requirements:
  • Native or fluent in Dutch, verbal and written
  • Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
  • Previous experience working with or selling cloud software
  • Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) Certification or relevant diploma preferred but not essential
  • Demonstrated experience with CRM/ERP systems and IT sales processes
  • Proven ability to successfully approach and onboard new customers quickly with efficient negotiation skills
