Join our team as a Data Science Manager for Agro Analytics and contribute to PepsiCo's digital transformation. This role will support the development of analytics use cases for Agro, focusing on data exploration, visualization, and modeling of agricultural processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with business stakeholders to design, train, and transfer knowledge.
  • Lead a small team of data scientists, aligning priorities and solutions with the project lead.
  • Generate insights from agronomic data to provide recommendations for sustainable agricultural production.
  • Ensure data access and preparation for model usage, partnering with data engineers.
  • Develop analytics pipelines and dashboards to refresh and share results.
  • Support large-scale experimentation and build data-driven models.
  • Deploy reusable models and recommendations engines to different regions.
  • Research methodologies to fine-tune the approach for each analytics use case.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of technical lead experience coordinating a team of data scientists.
  • 2+ years of client-facing experience collecting requirements, presenting results, and gathering feedback.
  • 4+ years of experience building solutions in revenue management or supply chain space.
  • 4+ years of experience working in a team to deliver production-level analytic solutions.
  • Fluency in git, SQL, and statistical/ML techniques.
