About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Risk Management (IRM) expert to join our Regional Information Risk Management Team in Spain. As an IRM expert, you will be responsible for providing direct IRM and Business Continuity Management (BCM) support to our IRM officers in the countries we operate in.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted IRM advisor to IT and business management in the countries supported and to other non-financial risk specialists.
  • Create and publish strategic and ad-hoc risk analyses, risk papers, and risk reports.
  • Perform functional oversight of the regional IRM community through QA reviews.
  • Participate in, challenge, and report on the risks of key strategic programs and projects.
  • Develop and maintain training modules and train the IT/business community and non-financial risk colleagues.
  • Support the Regional Head of IRM and BCM with research, fact-finding, and documenting activities.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of Corporate ING IRM Strategy, Framework, Policies, Minimum Standards, Procedures, Methods, and Techniques.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of IRM and BCM principles and practices. You will also need to be able to communicate effectively with IT and business stakeholders and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
