About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Director to join our team at Tbwa Chiat/Day Inc. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for leading the development of innovative and effective marketing campaigns for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute creative strategies that drive business results and exceed client expectations
  • Lead a team of designers, copywriters, and artists to produce high-quality work that meets the highest standards of creativity and technical excellence
  • Collaborate with account managers and other stakeholders to understand client needs and develop solutions that meet their goals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our work
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality work and driving business results
  • Strong portfolio that demonstrates expertise in visual strategy, creative direction, and team leadership
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices, with the ability to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
