Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Director to join our team at Tbwa Chiat/Day Inc. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for leading the development of innovative and effective marketing campaigns for our clients.

About the Role

The Creative Director will work closely with our account management team to understand client needs and develop creative solutions that meet and exceed their expectations. This will involve:

  • Developing and executing creative strategies that drive business results
  • Leading a team of designers, writers, and artists to produce high-quality creative work
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our creative offerings

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
