Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Electrophysiology Field Clinical Specialist to join our team at Boston Scientific Gruppe. As a key member of our clinical support team, you will provide expert clinical product and technical assistance to physicians, laboratory staff, and sales representatives on the effective and safe use of our electrophysiology devices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical support and training to customers on the use of our electrophysiology devices, including the Farapulse and Rhythmia systems.
- Attend cases in labs of hospital accounts to provide support and development efforts for our electrophysiology systems.
- Develop and deliver training programs for sales representatives and internal employees on our electrophysiology products and features.
- Meet with existing and potential clients to identify their clinical needs and discuss how our products can help them achieve their goals.
- Develop relationships with hospital personnel to identify key decision makers and facilitate future sales.
- Respond to customer needs and complaints regarding products and service by developing creative and feasible solutions.
Requirements:
- Successful completion of studies within Biomedical Sciences or a similar subject area.
- Knowledge of intracardiac navigation and electrophysiology, with at least 2 years of experience.
- Professional industry experience in a similar role.
- Ability to understand and communicate complex technical and clinical details.
- Professional working proficiency in Spanish and English (at least B2). Additional language skills are appreciated.
- Able to rapidly adapt to a dynamic marketplace.
- Strong team player, collaborative, ability to build relationships and work cross-functionally.
- Self-motivated and able to influence others.
- Flexible, adaptable but focused and persistent.
- Willing and able to travel extensively as required by workload.
