At Airbus Operations, we are seeking a skilled HR Business Partner to join our team in Illescas, Spain. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing and managing HR services to a specific organization unit, in partnership with the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise the business on all people-related matters, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Drive the execution of business HR plans, supporting the release and reading of HR metrics & reports to management.
- Cascade and apply HR policy, E&C standards & national labor regulations towards management.
- Ensure coherency and harmonization within the implementation of compensation and benefits, training, and recruitment policies in coordination with management and according to business objectives.
- Support and encourage the development of all employees, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Ensure appropriate consequential management when needed.
Requirements:
- Education: Labour Relations, Law, Business, Psychology or related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience, with an internship at Airbus being a plus.
- Data Management & Labour Relations Knowledge.
- Languages: Advanced level in English and Spanish.
