At Airbus Operations, we are seeking a skilled HR Business Partner to join our team in Illescas, Spain. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing and managing HR services to a specific organization unit, in partnership with the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Advise the business on all people-related matters, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  2. Drive the execution of business HR plans, supporting the release and reading of HR metrics & reports to management.
  3. Cascade and apply HR policy, E&C standards & national labor regulations towards management.
  4. Ensure coherency and harmonization within the implementation of compensation and benefits, training, and recruitment policies in coordination with management and according to business objectives.
  5. Support and encourage the development of all employees, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  6. Ensure appropriate consequential management when needed.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Labour Relations, Law, Business, Psychology or related field.
  2. Experience: 1-3 years of experience, with an internship at Airbus being a plus.
  3. Data Management & Labour Relations Knowledge.
  4. Languages: Advanced level in English and Spanish.
