Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced On-Site Coordinator to join our team at Jobandtalent Uk Ltd. As an On-Site Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our festival events in Chiclana, Cádiz.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the candidate pool to meet customer needs
  • Attend to the attendance control of the staff made available
  • Welcome new recruits and ensure a smooth onboarding process
  • Verify the correct issuance of invoices and maintain accurate records
  • Prepare reports and maintain a client database
  • Communicate with the network regarding contract expiration dates

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in ETT performing recruitment and personnel administration functions
  • Knowledge of labour legislation and collective agreements
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work with large amounts of data and partners
