A leading Clinical Trial Solutions provider is seeking a skilled Clinical Research Coordinator to join their team in Spain. As a Clinical Research Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in working closely with sites across the country to deliver high-quality clinical trials for their main sponsors.

This is an exciting opportunity for candidates to leverage their clinical research expertise and work independently as well as part of a team. Day-to-day responsibilities will involve a significant amount of patient activity within the trials on site.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage clinical trials from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and sponsor expectations.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including site staff, to ensure seamless trial execution.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with site staff, sponsors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful trial outcomes.
  4. Conduct site visits and provide training to site staff on clinical trial protocols and procedures.
  5. Monitor and report on trial progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 1 year of clinical research experience, preferably in oncology.
  2. Proven experience using eCRF systems, such as Rave, Inform, Oracle, or Red Cap.
  3. Strong understanding of clinical trial protocols, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
