The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Operations to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing policies and initiatives that support our business goals and align with our company strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Refine existing KPIs and define new KPIs to track key metrics contributing to our overall success.
  • Work with our partner recruiting team leads to focus on the right markets, hire the right partners, and optimize the partner onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with our customer support and sales team leads to ensure all important metrics are met.
  • Lead the implementation of important features to optimize and scale our operations.
  • Manage PLs for respective departments.
  • Identify customer acquisition projects with the greatest impact and ROI for the company.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, mathematics, sciences, engineering, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of operational leadership experience and/or management consulting experience.
  • Hands-on experience in at least one of the following areas: web product management, business development, operations, sales.
  • Leadership experience in at least one of the following areas: web product management, business development, operations, sales.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, adept at leading a team, delegating, and assigning work.
  • Successful track record of building and growing impactful teams.
  • Ability to scale the business through systems, processes, partners, and people development.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse team of stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Fast learner.
  • Strong data analysis skills.
