About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pricing Graduate to join our Endoscopy EMEA team. As a Pricing Graduate, you will play a key role in supporting the development, maintenance, and execution of Pricing Strategies across the EMEA region.

Responsibilities
  • Support the update and maintenance of pricing reports in the Endoscopy division, collaborating with the Data Analytics & Reporting team.
  • Prepare pricing reports for monthly and quarterly business reviews, including drafting insights and communicating results to country organizations.
  • Conduct data analysis to understand pricing status quo, identify gaps in data, and collect information from stakeholders.
  • Organize qualitative and quantitative information in a structured and insightful way to support the development and maintenance of EMEA Pricing Guidance.
  • Employ a data-driven method to support countries with ad-hoc pricing requests, such as price quoting tools and data extraction.
Requirements
  • Degree in management, economics, engineering, or related discipline.
  • At least 6 months or 1 year of experience, ideally with exposure to pricing topics.
  • Analytic and strategic mindset, data-savvy, detail-oriented.
  • Capable of communicating complex concepts and findings in a simple and immediate manner.
  • Team player with an entrepreneurial attitude, promoting collaboration and working effectively with others across the organization.
  • Fluency in English is a must, strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Native or C1 level of additional European languages is a plus.
