We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Mission Systems Software Developer to join our team at Airbus Defence and Space. As a key member of our Software Engineering department, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining software applications for our FITS (Fully Integrated Tactical System) product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop software requirements, design, implementation, and verification for the FITS product
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software development meets business needs
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
- Contribute to the development of software testing and quality assurance processes
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
Requirements:
- Recent graduates in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
- Knowledge of C++, software development cycles, and GNU/Linux operating systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Advanced level of English and Spanish
