About the Binance Accelerator Program

Binance, the world's leading cryptocurrency exchange, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced marketing professional to join our Accelerator Program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives user growth and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a data-driven marketing strategy that leverages performance marketing, brand awareness, social media, and event planning to drive user growth and engagement.
  • Build and manage a user success funnel, including oversight of key product UI/UX areas that drive funnel conversion and active user engagement.
  • Grow our active user base and increase awareness of the Binance brand through competitive benchmarking and data-driven performance marketing.
  • Attract and manage affiliate relationships, partnerships, and B2B opportunities while working with the entire team to improve incentivization strategies to drive growth.
  • Develop vibrant online and offline communities, increasing engagement through moderating activities, content creation, and fostering positive interactions.
  • Organize and execute impactful online and offline events, such as meet-ups, hackathons, and workshops, tailored to the local market and user base.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably majoring in marketing.
  • Exposure to digital marketing planning and execution work experience, preferably in crypto exchanges/fin-tech/eCommerce/tech/gaming, B2C facing.
  • Past marketing/growth roles at Spanish virtual asset exchange is strongly preferred.
  • Must have a strong interest and knowledge in the crypto/blockchain/technology space.
  • Data-driven and performance marketing mindset is a must.
  • Proven experience in growing and managing a user base.
  • Language skills: Spanish, and Advanced English.
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and many moving parts at once.
  • Experience in community management and events is a plus.
