About the Role

Exoticca is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our dynamic Finance Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our finance operations, including accounts receivable and revenue, accounts payable, general ledger, and reconciliation activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the preparation of balance sheets, financial statements, and cash-flow reports
  • Ensure timely filing of corporate tax returns and regulatory submissions
  • Liaise with tax advisors and regulatory authorities as necessary
  • Troubleshoot daily operational issues and work closely with other stakeholders to come up with solutions
  • Manage and implement company initiatives and projects from a finance and accounting perspective
  • Perform financial audits of subsidiaries and consolidated group in a timely manner
  • Identify opportunities to drive process improvement and automation
  • Provide reports and analysis using finance operations data to support management decision-making
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of working experience in finance operations, risk and control, and/or financial reporting functions with solid managerial experience
  • Strong logical and critical thinking skills and problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside the box
  • Flexible and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment with a growth mindset
  • Experience in ERP development
  • Strong ability to prioritize and manage stakeholders' expectations
  • Strong ability to communicate articulately and efficiently with stakeholders and your own team
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Solid ability to communicate effectively and make clear and convincing discussions and presentations
  • Experience in driving and implementing process improvement
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and knowledge & compliance in financial & accounting management and internal control
