Senior Consulting Project Manager

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consulting Project Manager to lead our most complex and strategic projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multimillion-dollar projects, building relationships with senior stakeholders, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage the planning, execution, and outcomes of complex transformational projects using industry-standard project management frameworks and methodologies.
- Implement project management standards, compliance, and best practices to ensure effective delivery of projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Lead, direct, and oversee a team of program resources working across multiple workstreams and/or projects to plan, execute, and coordinate activities to manage and implement a change program roadmap from mobilization to implementation.
- Advise on and escalate program-level decisions that affect significant program direction to the agreed governance forums and identify decisions that cannot be resolved.
- Lead cross-team and third-party collaborations, influencing without authority and leveraging the strength of diverse teams.
**Internal Responsibilities**
- Knowledgeable with all our consulting services and proactively seek ways to provide value to our clients and establish strong internal relationships across service lines.
- Participate in the pre-sales process and articulate the business value proposition associated with the project or change in a clear and compelling manner.
- Manage any commercial aspects of the project or program, ensuring financial integrity.
- Enhance people performance and potential by providing effective supervision, coaching, and mentoring to all levels of staff.
