Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled QA Tester to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our software solutions.


Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Performing manual testing in complex areas of the application
  • Designing and implementing test cases for small-to-medium features
  • Conducting exploratory testing to identify defects
  • Providing accurate estimates for testing efforts
  • Collaborating with analysts to gain business knowledge
  • Reviewing test cases executed by junior testers
  • Logging and tracking defects

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrable experience in QA testing
  • An analytical mind and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of insurance business processes
  • Ability to express complex issues in a concise manner
  • Knowledge of SQL scripting and data modeling
