Job Title: Csp Senior Planner

Cotñy, a leading beauty company, is seeking a highly skilled Csp Senior Planner to join its Granollers Planning HUB in Spain. As a key member of the CSP LUX & CB team, you will report to the CSP Team Leader and be responsible for delivering exceptional results in inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and optimize inventory reports for the Luxury/CB business scope, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Lead the optimization of inventory parameters in the network, focusing on Finish Goods and Materials.
  • Improve end-to-end inventory management processes and enhance planning capabilities across teams.
  • Own the end-to-end discontinuation process for assigned brands, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Drive variance reduction (excess inventory) for Finish Goods and Materials, collaborating with Planning and Life Cycle Management stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Minimum experience within the CSP team is desired.
  • Passion for cash and cost optimization.
  • Strong supply chain and business model understanding.
  • High analytical skills, with the ability to draw conclusions and drive actions based on large datasets.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills to deliver results through others.
  • Elevated planning knowledge, with experience in JDA, SAP, and reporting systems (at least 1 year of planning experience).
  • Work process improvement mindset and a role model of Coty Values.
