About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Support Engineer to join our CloudBlue team. As a Senior Support Engineer, you will be responsible for resolving technical issues that impact our customers' businesses, working closely with our development, account management, and product teams to ensure seamless issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert technical support to our customers, answering how-to questions and recommending best practices related to product functionality and configuration;
- Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues, identifying solutions and root causes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues;
- Manage your time and workload effectively, providing prompt and accurate information and status updates to customers in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs);
- Ensure proper logging and status update/closure of all processed tickets in our ticket tracking system;
- Document research steps and solutions implemented in the form of technical notes and knowledge base articles;
- Stay up-to-date with the latest products, technologies, and industry trends, attending training and self-learning opportunities to maintain your expertise;
- Collaborate with our product team to identify and prioritize product enhancements and feature requests;
- Develop and maintain relationships with our customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
About You:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Support Engineer with a strong background in software programming, Linux system administration, and database management. You should have a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a support engineering position. Strong communication skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies are essential for this role.
