Senior Production Manager Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Production Manager to join our team in León, Guanajuato. As a key member of our production team, you'll be responsible for managing security, quality, and efficiency on site. You'll report directly to the Production Director and lead a team of 9 direct reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality products while respecting safety, people, machine, quality, delivery, and cost performance standards.
  • Develop and manage the budget to ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Lead by example, inspiring a safety and quality culture aligned with Michelin standards and the ICARE Leadership Model.
  • Identify and develop talent within and outside your team, ensuring the growth and development of security team members.

Requirements

  • Engineering or business academic background.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing environments and leading operational and tactical teams.
  • Solid people skills and proven experience developing people.
  • English business proficiency.
