Employee Relations Manager

Elastic is a leading provider of enterprise search, observability, and security solutions. As an Employee Relations Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the consistent treatment of employees across our global business units.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement end-to-end employee relations strategies, focusing on progressive performance management, absence management, and conflict resolution.
- Conduct complex investigations, including drafting responses, conducting interviews, and compiling documentation.
- Collaborate with HR Partners and COEs to update policies and procedures, ensuring optimal resolution of individual employee relations issues.
- Partner with HR Operations to analyze data and design people programs, policies, and practices that sustain positive employee relations.
- Identify efficiencies in employee relations and investigations practices, and operationalize core practices and processes.
- Develop and present analytics data to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain employee relations processes, share standard methodologies, and improve efficiency with the ER Team's use of Elastic's systems, technologies, and controls.
- Proven experience in global employee relations, with a focus on complex investigations and conflict resolution.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to document and deliver defensible ER investigation reports.
- Experience in policy development, negotiation planning, and implementation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing and handling multiple assignments simultaneously across time zones and geographies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with managers, senior leaders, and external advisors.
- 5+ years of HR experience.
