Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Multimedia Creative Designer to join our fast-growing team. As a key member of our Brand and Marketing department, you will be responsible for creating game-changing and innovative work that drives business results.
Key Responsibilities- Developing Visual Identity: Collaborate with our creative team to define the look and feel for various projects, ensuring consistency and brand recognition.
- Designing Interactive Experiences: Bring your creativity to life by transforming draft ideas into high-fidelity designs, developing interactive design elements, and solutions that engage our audience.
- Conceptual Thinking: Contribute innovative ideas and design pixel-perfect artwork and assets from mood boards to final delivery, ensuring they meet business parameters and project briefs.
- Design Documentation: Lead the design documentation process, including style guides, and estimate the time required to complete tasks.
- Presentation and Communication: Present finalized ideas and concepts to supervisors and producers, and effectively communicate working progress, delays, and other crucial information to internal teams.
- Tertiary Qualifications: A degree in graphic design or visual communication, or at least 5 years of design experience.
- Graphic Design Skills: Proficiency in creating sophisticated visuals and layouts, with a strong foundation in the principles of animation and motion graphics.
- Software Proficiency: Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
- Additional Skills: Hands-on experience in photography and video editing, as well as working knowledge of static and animated HTML, 3D modeling, lighting, and animation.
- Resilience and Adaptability: Ability to perceive feedback objectively, bounce back from criticism, and continue working on the brief with enthusiasm.
- Time Management: Work well under pressure, managing multiple projects with tight budgets and deadlines while maintaining rapport with the team and clients.
- Creativity and Curiosity: Ability to come up with innovative ideas to solve problems under time pressure, and a keen eye for detail.
- Art Direction and Criticism: Ability to comprehend art direction and handle criticism, with a strong conceptual thinking and understanding of typography and design.
