**Job Summary**

We are looking for a talented Multimedia Creative Designer to help us create engaging and innovative multimedia experiences for our customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing interactive design elements, solutions, and artwork that bring our brand to life.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Work with our team to define the look and feel for various projects, including multimedia experiential activations, microsites, and brand campaigns.
  • Transform draft ideas into high-fidelity designs, leveraging your creativity and technical skills to bring concepts to life.
  • Develop interactive design elements and solutions that meet business parameters and project briefs.
  • Contribute ideas and design pixel-perfect artwork and assets from mood boards to final delivery.
  • Lead the design documentation, including style guides, and estimate the time required to complete tasks.
  • Present finalized ideas and concepts to supervisors and producers, and communicate effectively with internal teams.

**Requirements**

  • Tertiary qualifications in graphic design or visual communication, or at least 5 years of design experience.
  • Strong foundation in the principles of animation and skills to create appealing motion graphics.
  • Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
  • Hands-on experience with photography and video editing is a strong advantage.
  • Working knowledge of static and animated HTML is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of 3D modeling, lighting, and animation is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • Tenacious and resilient, with the ability to perceive feedback objectively and bounce back from criticism.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, meeting tight budgets and deadlines on multiple projects while maintaining rapport with the team and clients.
  • Good problem-solving skills, with the ability to come up with ideas under time pressure.
  • Creatively curious, with a willingness to question the brief, use new mediums, and assess the competition.
  • Courageous in putting forward ideas and challenging others.
