Key Responsibilities
- Lead data testing activities to ensure technical solutions meet requirements, from product design to deployment.
- Collaborate with development teams to drive quality assurance and testing processes.
- Develop and implement testing strategies to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Provide feedback to solution owners on data testing strategies and recommendations.
- Network with other Siemens units to coordinate joint approaches and support strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, with a specialization in rail-specific fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in rail signaling business, with expertise in development activities, unit testing, and product integration.
- Strong knowledge of CENELEC standards, including EN50126, EN50129, and EN50128.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on process improvement and automation.
- Proven experience in software development activities, including requirements management, software architecture, and traceability.
