Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and attentive Concierge to join our team at Marriott International. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services, such as transportation, reservations, and dry cleaning.
  • Provide information to guests about the property and surrounding area amenities, including special events and activities.
  • Answer and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns.
  • Monitor the club lounge for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests.
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No related work experience necessary.
  • No supervisory experience required.
  • No license or certification required.
