About the Role

Celonis is seeking a talented Associate Value Engineer to join our Global Value Engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with customers to uncover their core business challenges and determine how Celonis Process Intelligence can help them achieve their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with customers to identify business challenges and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and execute proof projects to showcase the value of Celonis Process Intelligence
  • Work with customers and partners to design and build solutions that drive value realization and ensure a positive return on investment
  • Frame the strategic and quantitative business value of Celonis Process Intelligence and deliver presentations to senior executives
  • Build strong relationships with customers by winning their trust through technical, product expertise, and business acumen
  • Collaborate with internal teams to influence product innovation and drive business growth
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Technology and Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or Computer Science
  • Work or internship experience in a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Fluency in English and German, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
