Job Title: German or Dutch Speaking Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and applying the appropriate advertising solutions through active collaboration with Dutch companies and Digital Marketing Online Advertising Agency Partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement creative ways to improve client companies and agency relationships by tailoring and sharing performance-enhancing suggestions, and upselling or promoting products.
  • Provide strategic advice and help businesses and agencies get the best ROI on their clients' advertising investments by working closely with them in a consultative role.
  • Consistently deliver against assigned quotas while prioritizing and delivering outstanding customer sales experience.
  • Communicate with customers proactively via phone, video conference, and email.
Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree and/or equivalent practical experience.
  • C2 level of German or Dutch.
  • Ability to speak and write English fluently and idiomatically.
  • 1+ Years of experience in digital marketing, preferably building and optimizing PPC Campaigns.
  • Experience in Sales.
  • Knowledge of Google products such as Ads, AdSense, or YouTube.
  • A team player with leadership and high communication skills.
  • Strong presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Passionate about Marketing, Technology, and online Advertising, with a desire to learn and develop.
What We Offer:
  • Full-time position (39h per week, Monday to Friday).
  • Permanent Contract.
  • This is a Hybrid working model in Barcelona.
  • Taxes between 20-24%.
