- Lifecycle Management: Provide operational support for on-boarded Stores, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Team Support: Collaborate with your team to manage daily operations, including monitoring performance, leading meetings, and assigning job duties.
- Problem-Solving: Utilize exceptional problem-solving and communication skills to influence business and technical audiences, driving improvements and finding practical solutions to complex problems.
- Communication: Provide day-to-day support during the rollout/implementation of newer systems/processes, gathering feedback and ensuring regular communications with stakeholders.
- Operational Excellence: Continuously utilize software and hardware tools to ensure normal day-to-day operations, ensuring supervisors have proper tools to perform their jobs.
- Metric Management: Communicate daily metrics and manage escalations, working closely with Operations and CO teams.
- Travel and Flexibility: Willingness to travel to visit Hub Delivery Stores/Delivery Stations (regional level) and work in non-traditional shift patterns, including weekends.
- Education: A degree in a relevant field.
- Logistics Experience: Relevant experience in logistics, with a focus on analyzing data to measure/optimize performance.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in written and verbal Spanish and English, with experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment.
- Communication and Leadership: Relevant experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers, cross-functional teams, and leadership, with a focus on building relationships and managing people.
- Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Relevant experience in identifying problems and building scalable processes to fix them, with a focus on meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
