Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team, responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of Human Capital Management (HCM) systems and tools. The successful candidate will ensure the effective utilization of HCM software to streamline HR processes, monitor and analyze HCM metrics to inform strategic HR decisions, and ensure compliance with tax regulations and labor laws related to payroll.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the implementation and management of HCM systems and tools to streamline HR processes.
  • Monitor and analyze HCM metrics to inform strategic HR decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and labor laws related to payroll.
  • Manage relationships with labor unions and negotiate collective bargaining agreements.
  • Represent the company in union negotiations and resolve disputes between employees and unions.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and performance.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new employees are integrated smoothly.
  • Develop and implement performance appraisal systems.
  • Provide guidance to managers on performance management and employee development.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
  • Ensure continuous learning opportunities are available to employees.
  • Ensure HR policies and practices comply with labor laws and regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR practices and procedures to minimize risk.
  • Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and manage annual compensation review processes.
  • Generate HR reports and provide insights based on data analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of HR management experience, with a focus on HCM, payroll, and labor union relations.
  • Experience in payroll management.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
  • In-depth understanding of labor laws, tax regulations, and HR practices.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to manage change and adapt to evolving organizational needs.
  • Integrity and ability to maintain high ethical standards.
  • Collaboration and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Desired Qualifications

  • Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
  • Strong knowledge of HCM software and tools (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM).
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing HCM systems and tools.
