About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a product marketing strategy that highlights the benefits of our climate risk mitigation solutions to businesses and organizations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, science, strategy, sales, partnerships, and customer success, to ensure alignment and effective execution.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the climate risk mitigation space.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our target audience, including their needs, pain points, and buying behaviors.
  • Design and execute go-to-market initiatives, including product launches, campaigns, and events, to drive awareness, interest, and adoption of our solutions.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts, using data and analytics to inform future strategy and optimization.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product marketing management, preferably in the climate, insurance, or tech industries.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies that drive business growth and revenue.
