The Role

We're recruiting for a Global Employer Brand Specialist - Experienced Professionals to support our global recruitment marketing activity for experienced hires. This role will also involve supporting the delivery and management of multiple reputational and local campaigns. You'll have the opportunity to expand your expertise in a wide range of disciplines, from social media to inclusion and diversity, content creation (video and written) as well as candidate experience and data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in content marketing and employer branding to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.
  • Develop engaging and high-quality content for various platforms, ensuring alignment with WTW's employer brand voice and values.
  • Manage profile information on job boards to maximize visibility and attract qualified candidates.
  • Track and analyze the performance of branding campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements

We're looking for someone with proven experience in employer branding content creation and managing organic campaigns across geographies. You should have proficiency in SEO blog content writing, strong language written skills in English and Spanish, and knowledge of social media management tools, design tools, and SEO tools.
