Sales Associate III

Coach is a global fashion house founded in New York in 1941. Our mission is to create beautiful things, crafted to last, for you to be yourself in. As a Sales Associate III, you will play a key role in achieving store goals in sales, productivity, and service by utilizing Coach selling skills and Coach Service training.
Key Responsibilities:- Meet personal sales and productivity goals
- Deliver service that meets or exceeds expectations
- Represent Coach to the consumer and act as a brand ambassador
- Consistently anticipate and meet customers' needs
- Service all customers according to the Coach Approach standards
- Very good English proficiency
- Previous experience in a retail service environment
- Background in working in luxury retail (desirable)
- The ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff
- Courage: Doesn't hold back anything that needs to be said
- Creativity: Comes up with a lot of new and unique ideas
- Customer Focus: Is dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers
- Drive for Results: Can be counted on to exceed goals successfully
- Interpersonal Savvy: Relates well to all kinds of people
