We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Postdoctoral Researcher to join our team at Quantum Flagship. The successful candidate will be part of our Ultracold Quantum Gases group, led by Prof. Dr. Leticia Tarruell.

About the Position

The Postdoctoral Researcher will be responsible for developing and implementing new experimental techniques to simulate gauge theories with Rydberg atom arrays. This will involve working closely with the team to design and build new experimental apparatus, as well as planning and performing experiments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement new experimental techniques to simulate gauge theories with Rydberg atom arrays
  • Design and build new experimental apparatus
  • Plan and perform experiments
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve research goals
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Ph.D.-equivalent degree in Physics or a closely related field
  • Proven track record of experimental atomic, molecular, and optical physics
  • Experience with Rydberg atoms and/or ultracold quantum gases is strongly desirable
