Job Summary:

Olympic Village Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for promoting our brand, assisting customers, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services to effectively promote and sell them to customers.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  3. Conduct inventory counts, receive, display, and pull out items as needed.
  4. Implement FIFO inventory management practices to ensure accurate stock levels.
  5. Analyze sales and stock data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales and customer loyalty.

Requirements:

  1. Candidate must possess a Vocational Diploma or Short Course Certificate in any field, with college graduates preferred.
  2. At least 6 months of good selling performance and a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  4. Hardworking, honest, and people-oriented, with a pleasing personality and physical fitness.
  5. Ability to multitask, work fast, and adapt to a retail store operation schedule.
  6. Customer service-oriented and positive disposition, with a willingness to be assigned to the SM DEPARTMENT STORE.
