We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our International Quality Program as a Quality Assurance Professional. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the development and implementation of quality assurance procedures, ensuring the highest standards of integrity and safety in our medical device products.

About the Role

As a Quality Assurance Professional, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing customer relationships and reporting during complaint investigation and resolution processes
  • Investigating quality and compliance issues based on engineering principles and developing reports
  • Supporting the implementation, execution, and development of quality assurance procedures, generating and analyzing metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Enrolled University student (Bachelor/Master) of Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Pharma, or any other related field, interested in medical devices
  • In the last year of your degree
  • Full-time (40h/week) availability for at least 6 months
  • Comfortable working in English and Spanish
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Basic knowledge of medical terms and human anatomy
