Ecommerce Product Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Product Manager to join our team at Page Personnel. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans to reach prospective customers and drive sales.
- Market Analysis and Trend Identification: Conduct market research and analyze trends to optimize user and customer experience.
- Stay Up-to-Date on Industry Trends: Stay current on the latest fashion and social media trends and incorporate them into marketing campaigns.
- Manage Digital Marketing Channels: Oversee and execute digital marketing efforts across all platforms, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
- Project Development and Management: Develop and manage new projects and products to drive business growth.
- Brand Awareness and Market Share: Increase brand awareness and market share through effective marketing strategies.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate and lead the marketing team to ensure seamless execution of marketing efforts.
- Media and Influencer Negotiations: Negotiate contracts with media and influencers to secure partnerships.
- Marketing Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget to ensure effective use of resources.
- Website Performance Analysis: Analyze and improve website performance to enhance user experience.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure consistent brand image and messaging across all platforms.
- Editorial Calendar Management: Create and maintain an editorial calendar for social media.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the marketing assistant and designer.
- Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in Business.
- Marketing Background: Background in marketing, preferably in a startup or tech environment.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in business strategy, marketing, or sales in a high-growth online environment.
- Analytical Skills: Strong skills in market analysis and experience with analytical tools (DataStudio, Analytics, Excel, etc.).
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide design and implementation.
- Design Skills: Basic knowledge of Canva or Photoshop.
- Ad Management: Ability to manage and request ads, videos, and creatives.
- E-commerce Knowledge: Knowledgeable about e-commerce trends and challenges.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex strategies to various stakeholders.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English, Spanish, and Catalan.
Salary: Fix + Bonus.
