Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans to increase brand awareness and market share.
- Lead the development of new projects and products to drive business growth and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to negotiate media and influencer contracts.
- Manage the marketing budget to ensure optimal ROI.
- Analyze and improve website performance to enhance user experience.
- Ensure a consistent brand image and messaging across all platforms.
- Develop and maintain an editorial calendar for social media.
- Lead and mentor the marketing assistant and designer.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Business or related field.
- Background in marketing, preferably in a startup or tech environment.
- 3+ years of experience in business strategy, marketing, or sales in a high-growth online environment.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in using data tools (Data Studio, Analytics, Excel, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of design principles, with experience in using Canva or Photoshop.
- Knowledge of e-commerce trends and challenges.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Fluent in English, Spanish, and Catalan.
